This new hotel offers excellent value for the price. the location is convenient, with access to public transportation and a nearby food market. the rooms are brand new and very clean, with modern facilities such as a restaurant and proximity to a lake. the carpeting is white, which may be impractical for the local seasonal mud, but this is merely a minor concern. Guests can expect great service and a comfortable stay.
The entryway carpeting could benefit from a more practical color choice.

New facilities and the nearby food market were definitely positives. Additionally, the location near the lake made for some picturesque scenes.
The white carpet in the hotel room was a terrible idea. With the amount of dirt and mud present during my stay and the fact that the hotel is not located in downtown, it made my room very dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to that alone.

This new hotel offers great value for money! The facilities are brand new and sparkling clean. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food, and there is also a convenient food market nearby. The hotel is located close to a beautiful lake, making for lovely strolls and sunsets. The location suited me well because it was easy to get around using trams and ride-sharing apps.
The white carpet in the entryway of the hotel room was not the best idea, considering the muddy streets outside. However, this did not stop me from having a great experience at the hotel.
